The Verve Foundation has appointed Emma Napier as Chair and appointed Hayley Rabbets to Head of The Verve Foundation, to help drive the growth of the not-for-profit business.

The Verve Foundation runs a number of initiatives, designed to improve some of the challenges in financial services. As a not-for-profit, there is no commercial element to the business.
Emma is Head of Proposition at Bravura Solutions and has a long history in the industry. Hayley’s background is working in financial planning firms.
Emma said “I have been a huge supporter of The Verve Foundation right from the very start of the ‘We Are Change’ initiative and I will do everything I can to help promote its existence. As an industry we must work together on designing a future – fresh ideas, addition of new talent and some innovative thinking would be a really good thing.”
Hayley, added: “I couldn’t be prouder to be driving forward the growth of The Verve Foundation and leading the charge for real, fundamental change within the industry. Our initiatives have truly had such a positive impact already, I can’t wait to see what the future holds.”
The Verve Foundation’s Founder and Director, Cathi Harrison, said “I am delighted to have both Hayley and Emma working on and supporting the foundation. We have already made some great progress but while it was only getting partial support from the existing team, that progress was naturally limited. Having more resource now dedicated and the wealth of knowledge from both Hayley and Emma will help elevate the Foundation to the next level.”
Other partners to support The Verve Foundation include Expert Pensions, who provide free exam support to the students attracted to the programme as well as a number of individual and corporate sponsors who have helped fund the progress of those students.
