eParaplan launches Partner Program to support outsourced professionals

6 November 2023

Michelle Wilson-Stimson has launched a new program to bring financial services processionals together to work collaboratively with financial adviser firms.

Wilson-Stimson says: “In the ever-evolving landscape of financial advice, the need for a collaborative network of skilled professionals has never been greater.”

The Connected Partner Program is specifically designed to bridge the gap between financial advisers and an array of outsourced professionals across various fields, with the program serving as a nexus for collaborative working relationships.

“Through the Connected Partner Program, eParaplan Connect aims not just to satisfy the immediate needs of advisers but to foster a community where outsourced professionals can also thrive,” Wilson-Stimson says. “This approach provides a holistic solution that mitigates business risks through the diversification of expertise.

“The program is underpinned by three meticulously tailored plans, each crafted to meet the goals of delivering exceptional services, creating a trusted professional network, and establishing an integrated community of professionals all for the benefit of Financial Advisers.”

The space-themed plans  – Meteor, Pulsar and the ultimate ‘Big Bang” – the service refers outsourced and freelance administrators and paraplanners etc, to advisers, depending on the plan selected..

Plans range from free to £8 per month, all giving varying levels of access to advisers.

The Big Bang plan also includes a box of goodies including stationery, planners and biscuits. As an added extra in the ‘Big bang’ plan, Michelle provides a WhatsApp chat and phone service for any business tips and support you may need to run your outsource or freelance business.

Michelle adds: “I am pretty much on call 24/7 via WhatsApp Chat, ready to help other outsourcers and freelancers with issues they face with their businesses. I’m not talking technical support for advice recommendations, but business advice for the running and operating of their businesses.”

Once an adviser is referred the connecting professional owns that adviser client relationship with no additional payments to eparaplan Connect.

Commenting on the service, Andy Schleider, Director and Chartered Planner at Haven Paraplanning says: “I have been working with eParaplan for some months now, and really value the relationship I have with them.  They’re always on hand and quick to respond if I have any questions.”

The Connected Partner Program operates a stringent vetting process, which ensures that each professional joining the network is both efficient and reliable, Wilson-Stimson says. “Transparency is a cornerstone, with clear and straightforward terms allowing both advisers and professionals to engage with confidence.”

To ensure the program’s continued refinement, eParaplan Connect plans to periodically collect feedback from both advisers and participating professionals.

Wilson-Stimson adds: “This program is the first step in designing a Paraportal ™, where administrators, paraplanners and other professionals who work alongside the financial planner, can bid for work posted by financial planners.

“We have always thought a platform to connect the paraplanner and financial planner with a similar model to other freelancer marketplace platforms would work well for one-off case work, leaving our internal team to focus on our new servicing solutions where we embed into their business, learning every client and being able to add so much value to the advisers business. One off transactional type of casework isn’t for us, so our connected partner program and eventually the Paraportal ™ will fix that.

Wilson-Stimson continues: “The Connected Partner Program is a revolutionary initiative set to redefine the dynamics of collaboration in the financial advice sector. Through its strategically designed plans, rigorous vetting process, and the promise of an even more connected future, the program serves as a visionary approach to solving the complex challenges facing both financial advisers and outsourced professionals today.”
