Professional Paraplanner’s second Team Leader Seminar of the year took place in mid November, supported by Fidelity at their offices in London.
Paraplanner team leaders came from around the UK for the in-person mentoring and soft skills training day. They heard from Fidelity’s Global Head of Investor Servicing, Jackie Boylan, on lessons in leadership, external speakers on mental health and personal development, a panel of paraplanner managers on team motivation, as well as having the opportunity to discuss day-to-day challenges and issues in peer-to-peer groups.
