ESG Accord, the is offering paraplanners a free hour of training on Consumer Duty and SDR around ESG and sustainability.
The training will cover:
• The FCA’s views on what they believe the public expects from advisers around ESG/sustainability.
• Review of how ESG/sustainability is ‘locked in’ to Consumer Duty and SDR when delivering financial advice.
• Access to templates for check lists, process documents and tools that paraplanners can adapt to their firms (all documents/tools are free to access).
• Access to our soon to be launched Accord Academy, where we will provide training courses and LIBF accredited CPD.
ESG Accord co-founder Lee Coates will undertake the training. He presented at the recent Professional Paraplanner Investment Committee Seminar, helping paraplanners understand the implications of the SDR for suitability and report writing (pictured).
