Twenty7tec is cutting down on the time advisers spend entering client information with a new integration between its ADVICE platform and ZeroKey.
The integration connects ADVICE with ZeroKey’s browser extension, enabling client data to be transferred between ADVICE and compatible third-party platforms without the need to repeatedly type the same information.
Twenty7tec said the move would enable firms to reduce administration, improve data accuracy by reducing manual input and give advisers more time to focus on delivering advice.
As a result, the integration will lead to smoother, more connected operational workflows and support a “better experience for both advisers and clients” through a more efficient advice journey.
The technology solutions provider said the integration reflects its wider strategy of building a configurable ecosystem where technology adapts to the way firms operate.
Adam Newman, head of sales at Twenty7tec, said: “The ZeroKey integration is another step in Twenty7tec’s commitment to helping advice firms create connected, configurable technology ecosystems that reduce friction, improve efficiency and allow advisers to spend more time where it matters most: with their clients.”
Joseph Williams, CEO and founder at ZeroKey, added: “A lack of integration between the systems advisers want to use is a major industry pain point, and one that is often overlooked because developing point-to-point integrations is unscalable.
“We are therefore delighted to integrate with Twenty7tec’s ADVICE CRM and add them as a source of data within ZeroKey. In doing so, we have immediately created connections between ADVICE and third-party systems that did not previously exist.”
