Taxation of corporate Investments
When business owners find they have more cash on their business than they need, how  can they invest it tax efficiently avoiding double taxation. Transact’s tax expert Brian Radbone delves into the issues. He also looks at the rise of family investment and how corporate taxation may provide a better basis for large scale inheritance planning than using trusts.

A closer look at pension planning
Following the Spring budget there have been several significant changes to pension planning for adviser firms. Fidelity International will highlight the changes and the practical opportunities they can offer to clients impacted by them.
The session will also explore pension annual allowances and the link with earnings and tax relief. It will include calculations and worked examples plus a review the rules regarding Carry Forward, including who can utilise it.
