EdenTree publishes latest Corporate Responsibility Report

14 September 2026

EdenTree’s latest Corporate Responsibility Report outlines how the firm is embedding responsible business practices across its operations, with a focus on employee wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, community impact and environmental responsibility.

EdenTree Investment Management has published its Corporate Responsibility Report 2024-2025, providing an update on the firm’s approach to corporate responsibility and the steps it is taking to strengthen its social and environmental impact.

The report complements EdenTree’s separate sustainability and stewardship reporting, which covers its investment activities.

A central theme of the report is the increasing integration of corporate responsibility across the business, supported by greater engagement with employees and external stakeholders.

EdenTree said feedback gathered through surveys and colleague engagement initiatives has helped shape priorities around social mobility, neurodiversity, mental health, caring responsibilities and bereavement support.

The report highlights how employee feedback is being used to inform decision-making through a range of channels, including diversity surveys, employee engagement surveys and informal discussion forums.

According to the firm, this has helped it better understand employee experiences and identify areas where additional support may be needed.

Oversight of the programme sits with a colleague-led Corporate Responsibility Committee, which focuses on three core areas: People, Community and Environment.

Activities covered range from diversity and inclusion initiatives and employee wellbeing programmes to volunteering, charitable partnerships and carbon footprint reduction.

The report also details progress in embedding the firm’s Cultural Blueprint and values into day-to-day operations, including performance and development processes.

EdenTree’s 2025 diversity and inclusion survey achieved an 87% response rate, providing the business with a more detailed understanding of its workforce and helping to inform future priorities.

For advisers and paraplanners interested in the broader ESG credentials of asset managers, the report offers insight into how responsible business practices are being applied beyond investment decision-making.
