Join us in London on Thursday 12 November for a day dedicated to the realities of leading a paraplanning team, with practical insights and opportunities to learn from your peers.
Whether you’ve been leading a team for years or have recently found yourself in a Team Leader role (it happens!), our Team Leader event is designed to provide practical ideas and useful takeaways that you can put into practice straight away.
Throughout the day, we’ll be talking honestly about what it’s really like to lead people. The good bits, the challenging bits and everything in between.
We’ll also be running our popular peer-to-peer sessions where we’ll break out into two smaller groups and your facilitator will guide some honest conversation by working through a case study. A bit of a ‘have you had this happen?’ or ‘what would you do in this situation’ sort of thing.
As always, our speakers are people who have been there and done it. They’ll share the lessons they’ve learned, the mistakes they’ve made and the approaches that have worked for them, giving you lots of things to ponder for use in your own role.
