Quilter Cheviot has launched a new client app and portal to help clients keep track of their investments.
Both have been designed to replace legacy versions and help improve client experience, making it easier for clients to access their investment portfolios online.
Built by the same team behind the Quilter customer app, the app and portal have undergone extensive testing among clients, the firm said. New security features include a biometric login, as well as a personalised feed of news and client events.
To date, the app has achieved 165,000 downloads, processing more than one million logins per month.
Quilter Cheviot expects to launch a version of these online services to advisers later in the year, allowing them to access details on their client’s investments in a more streamlined way.
Nick Holmes, managing director, client services and oversight at Quilter Cheviot, said: “Digital solutions are absolutely vital if wealth managers are to serve the clients of today and tomorrow. While we had an app and online portal in place already, we are committed to continuously improving upon our digital capabilities and genuinely strengthening the experience we offer clients.
“Having spent time understanding what our clients are looking for and incorporating their needs into our design process, we are really pleased to be able to offer them a more modern, seamless digital service. We are excited to roll out both offerings and hear feedback to ensure we are consistently delivering a service that is attractive for current and future clients.”
