That’s exactly why we run our Investment Committee Seminars.
Over the years, this has become one of the most valuable events in our calendar. It’s practical, delivers what paraplanners actually need, and designed to make the investment side of financial planning feel far less opaque.
The agenda this year is particularly strong and deliberately built to help translate the bigger‑picture market themes into something meaningful for the work we do every day.
On the day you’ll hear from Baillie Gifford, Schroders, EdenTree, Time Investments, Fidelity and Tatton Investment Management, all bringing insight into both the risks and the opportunities shaping markets in 2026.
If you’ve attended before, you’ll know the conversations are accessible, engaging and genuinely useful, not the kind that leave you wishing you’d brought a second coffee.
Having said that, there’s no need to bring your own coffee, because we’ll ensure there are plenty of refreshments throughout the day and of course provide lunch. Dedicated breaks ensure paraplanners get the chance to chat to peers who share the same challenges, have similar questions or where they simply want to learn from others.
For those working toward investment‑based exams, previous attendees have told us the day gave them the clarity and context they’d been missing.
For others, it’s helped them build the confidence to speak up in committee meetings, contribute more meaningfully to investment discussions, or simply feel more secure in the recommendations they help shape.
