Professional Paraplanner Team Leader Seminar 2019

Professional Paraplanner is pleased to announce the launch of dedicated educational seminars for those leading teams of paraplanners.

The seminars are aimed at everyone who leads a team, from those managing one or two paraplanners to those controlling large teams, from the experienced through to those who may be new to the role.

They will provide the opportunity for team leaders to meet and discuss issues around the table with their peers, as well as hear from expert speakers on key areas. It’s an opportunity to come together to learn from various sources.

Potential areas for discussion include:

  • What’s required of a paraplanner team leader in today’s advice/planning firm
  • Leadership personal qualities

  • Organisation – techniques

  • Motivation – your own and your team’s

  • When HR or legal issues arise
