PP Awards 2026: Paraplanner Awards entries close on Friday 24th April

14 April 2026

This is your reminder – and encouragement – to take part in the 2026 Professional Paraplanner Awards, before entries close on Friday 24th April.

The Awards exist to celebrate the people and teams who make paraplanning a wonderful profession to be a part of. If you’ve been considering nominating yourself or your team, now is the time!

The Awards are your opportunity to pause, reflect and recognise the value of what you do.

Perhaps you’ve developed your technical skills, taken on new responsibilities or supported colleagues or clients through complexity. You may have led or contributed to a team or, through the work you have done – grown your confidence and capabilities.

It is time to acknowledge these things and quite frankly, do a little well-deserved  blowing of your own trumpet.

Why it’s worth putting yourself forward

Self‑nominating can feel uncomfortable, but it’s not about ego or self‑promotion. It’s about giving the work you do visibility and to be understood.

No one else knows the full scope of your contribution in the same way you do – the challenges, the standards you uphold, the difference you make every day.

Many previous nominees and winners tell us that the process itself is rewarding, that it helps recognise their growth, and feel proud of how far they’ve come. You can read Micheala’s inspiring reflection here: PP Awards 2026: A previous winner’s inspiring reflection – Professional Paraplanner

Seven Paraplanner Awards

There are seven Paraplanner Awards open for self‑nomination this year:

  • Paraplanner of the Year (In-house)
  • Outsourced Paraplanner of the Year
  • Paraplanning Team of the Year
  • Paraplanner Team Leader of the Year
  • Investment Paraplanner of the Year
  • New Paraplanner of the Year
  • Administrator of the Year

To nominate yourself for one of these Awards, you’ll need to request an entry form. This can be found via the link you should have received by email from our Editor – Natalie Dawes. If you’ve not received this email, simply email Natalie and she’ll ensure you have everything you need: [email protected]

The closing date is approaching

Nominations for the Paraplanner Awards close on Friday 24th April. After that, entries will be shortlisted and the judging process begins.

Please don’t worry about the idea of being ‘judged’. We are a very friendly bunch and we’ll ensure you are comfortable throughout the process and make sure you enjoy it too.

Recognising great paraplanning starts with recognising yourself.

We look forward to receiving your nomination and to celebrating the individuals and teams who really make a difference to the paraplanning profession.
