EdenTree Investment Management has appointed Hayley Grafton as Senior RI Analyst to its Responsible Investment team.
Hayley will report to Carlota Esguevillas, head of Responsible Investment, at EdenTree Investment Management. She joins other team members Amelia Gaston and Cordelia Dower Tylee and will play an active role working with EdenTree’s fund management team across the firm’s responsible, sustainable and impact fund range.
Hayley joins from Mercer Investment Solutions. In her role as a Sustainable Investment Specialist, she worked closely with portfolio management teams to deliver the firm’s sustainable investment strategy and implement its stewardship framework. Prior to this, she worked with institutional clients across pensions, endowments and foundations in an advisory capacity, supporting trustees on their sustainable investment journey and in meeting their investment objectives.
In her new role, Hayley will lead EdenTree’s corporate governance and proxy voting work. She will also work across the team’s core areas of focus this year which include climate change, financial inclusion and water stress.
