Hosted by The Business and Operations Management Network and led by Michelle Hoskin, The Leadership Unbound Retreat™, is a new immersive leadership experience for senior business and operations managers and will take place from 7–9 May 2026 at Hoar Cross Hall, Staffordshire.
Designed for leaders operating in high-responsibility roles, Leadership Unbound offers a structured yet restorative environment to support strategic thinking, leadership clarity, and sustainable performance. The retreat brings together practical leadership development, peer-led insight, and protected implementation time, ensuring delegates return to their organisations with renewed focus and tangible outcomes.
Hosted at Hoar Cross Hall, a spa estate created for rest, reflection, and renewal, the retreat intentionally removes the noise of day-to-day operations to create space for higher-quality thinking, connection, and leadership growth.
The three-day programme follows a carefully curated journey across arrival, connection, and transformation.
Thursday 7 May focuses on arrival and integration. VIP delegates will take part in an exclusive Business Mastermind, an intimate working session designed to encourage strategic dialogue, challenge assumptions, and unlock practical breakthroughs. All delegates will then arrive for informal introductions, social connection, and a relaxed welcome evening.
Friday 8 May serves as the core development day. Delegates will participate in facilitated workshops exploring leadership identity, role clarity, and direction, alongside dedicated time for reflection and implementation. The day is designed to balance structured learning with space to pause, process, and translate insight into action.
Saturday 9 May centres on integration and momentum. A curated experiential session will invite delegates to deepen perspective and connection, followed by final implementation time to ensure learning is anchored before returning to the business. The retreat concludes with a closing session focused on reflection, gratitude, and next steps.
For those seeking a deeper experience, a VIP option is available, including a dedicated two-hour masterclass led by Michelle Hoskin. This small-group session focuses on leadership mindset, habits, and behaviours, offering direct access, practical tools, and focused discussion tailored to individual leadership challenges.
The retreat fee includes accommodation (based on shared occupancy), all meals, workshops, and full hotel and spa access. Places are limited, and early booking is recommended.
