Suitability Consultant / Paraplanner – Excellent benefits – Remote working

Up to £43,000 FTE (depending on experience)

At We Complement, we believe advice deserves proof, not paperwork.

Some call it paraplanning. We call it Suitability Consulting.

Why? Because this isn’t about churning out reports. It’s about making sure every recommendation is clear, consistent and defensible from the start. We help advisers deliver advice that stands up to scrutiny, builds trust and protects clients.

We’re proud to be reshaping the role, and we’d love you to be part of it.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with compliance, suitability frameworks or file reviews
  • Familiarity with FE Analytics, Selectapension or Defaqto

Package

  • Flexible remote working
  • 25-35 hours per week
  • 27 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas close-down
  • Private health insurance
  • Cash plan

But beyond the benefits, you’ll be part of a team that genuinely values what you do. We care about high standards, good communication, and creating an environment where people feel supported and trusted.
