We’re just three days away from inviting you to take part in the Professional Paraplanner Awards 2026, and this year is an extra special one, as we celebrate a decade of recognising excellence across the paraplanning community.
From Monday 16 March 2026, you’ll have the chance to shine a spotlight on the people and providers who make a real difference in your day‑to‑day work.
Our Awards recognise administrators and paraplanners who always go the extra mile, team leaders who inspire us, and providers whose service we simply couldn’t work without.
And that really is just scratching the surface, this year, we’ve expanded to 30 awards this year in recognition of our tenth year, giving us an even bigger opportunity to celebrate the wonderful work happening within paraplanning.
Why take part?
1. Participation matters because it helps shape the profession
Every nomination, whether you’re nominating yourself or a provider, helps build an accurate picture of what great paraplanning looks like. From outstanding technical support, to developing the next generation, to the people driving standards forward behind the scenes, your input helps define excellence.
2. Recognition matters and yes, you absolutely should nominate yourself
Self‑nominating isn’t about self‑promotion. It’s about acknowledging the value you bring to your role. Taking part in an Awards nomination process (let alone shortlisted or winning!) can be hugely motivating. It gives visibility to your hard work, expertise and impact across the industry – that is something worth sharing and celebrating.
3. Your provider insights matter and deserve to be heard
Your day‑to‑day experience gives you a unique view of the services, tools and platforms that make the biggest difference. By taking part in the nominations, you help celebrate the providers that genuinely support paraplanners.
What happens next?
On Monday 16 March 2026, you’ll receive an email containing a link to take part in the nominations process.
For those self‑nominating for one of our Paraplanner Awards, simply select the award(s) you’d like to put yourself forward for. We’ll then follow up with the nomination form and details of the entry requirements.
For the Provider Awards, we’ve divided these into four clear categories:
- Best overall service and technical support
- Best back‑office and support services
- Best investment service
- Best retirement and offshore providers
Using the link you receive on Monday, you can explore each category and the handful of awards within them, completing each one as time allows you to do so.
We strongly encourage you to take part in all the provider categories and with our refreshed nomination form (we heard your feedback – the previous forms were indeed a bit lengthy!), the process should now feel easier.
