7IM has partnered with Cloud Direct to accelerate its digital transformation.
Cloud Direct will work with the investment manager to build a new cloud-based infrastructure that enables better scalability, while improving the overall experience for clients.
The project will ensure faster delivery of new features and enhancements, the most recent being pension transfers and its online reporting suite. The use of new Microsoft technologies has also created additional security protocols and compliance measures to safeguard client data.
7IM said the partnership demonstrates its commitment to improving the adviser and client experience by providing advisers with a streamlined platform with rich functionality.
