Business and Operations Management Network™ is launching the 5th intake of its 12-week Business and Operations Manager Programme.
The Excellence by Design™ Business and Operations Manager Programme, begins at the end of January 2026. Michelle Hoskin, Founder and CEO of Standards International and the Business and Operations Management Network™, who leads the 12-week programme, says it is “designed to support professionals working in operations, administration, and business management roles to step confidently into their position, strengthen their leadership capability, and build operational excellence that lasts”.
The programme is an intensive and practical development journey, blending strategic thinking with real-world application, supporting learners to work through core operational methodologies including the Future You™ concept, the Four Foundations™, and the 8 Principles of Excellence™. Participants are encouraged to implement learning as they go.

Learners are supported through a combination of live workshops, regroup and accountability calls, implementation time, coaching support, and access to tools, templates, and a dedicated learning portal.
Upon successful completion, participants are formally recognised as Approved in Business and Operations Management – a mark that signals professional capability, commitment to best practice, and readiness to operate with confidence.
