Twenty7tec has launched a new AI-ready client engagement platform to provide clients with a place to manage their digital relationship with their adviser.
The launch of Steppl comes as research from the Open Property Data Association found that 62% of homebuyers have been asked to provide the same information or documents multiple times, while 40.6% find communication between stakeholders the hardest part of homebuying.
A further two in five (39.5%) say chasing for updates makes the experience worse.
Twenty7tec said the platform will enable advice firms to create configurable client journeys that improve the client experience, reduce administration and adapt to the way their business works.
Firms can configure their own fact finds, stages and tasks around the way they work, whilst additional services including credit information, digital identity and liveness verification and document scanning can be licensed separately and added into the same experience.

Twenty7tec will connect Steppl into its wider technology ecosystem, including Advice and Research, helping information captured from the client pass into the wider advice process.
