Our Team Leader Seminars focus on practical management techniques and behaviours and are designed to appeal to everyone no matter what your level and experience of management.
Our May Seminar will mix practical sessions from external speakers with peer-to-peer discussions. Our aim is to help you deal with the various challenges of management, help build greater confidence and abilities in the role, provide practical steps to resolving issues, and support both your own and your team’s mental and physical wellbeing.
