Standards International has opened the fourth tranche of its ‘Excellence By Design’ operations/business manager programme.
The programme is for those stepping into n operations role for the first time as well as those seeking to refine their skills and strategic approach.
The programme, launching on 6 May 2025, is delivered by the Business and Operations Management Network (BOMS) over 12 weeks, providing tools, insights, and peer support.
Over the course of 12 weeks, participants will:
• Gain a structured approach to business and operations management through live, interactive sessions.
• Engage in peer discussions and problem-solving exercises to tackle real-world challenges.
• Learn from industry-leading experts who bring practical insights and proven strategies.
• Develop a clear career progression plan, whether independently or within an organisation.
• Build a network of like-minded professionals committed to operational excellence.
• Hear a First-Hand Experience from Claire, a past participant.

Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will be awarded the APPROVED mark in Business and Operations Management, recognising their commitment to excellence in the field. Additionally, they will receive unstructured CPD, further supporting their ongoing professional development.
