Parmenion has launched new dashboards designed to help advisers more easily understand and manage client assets.
The firm said that against a backdrop of changing legislation and increasing tax complexity, platform usability that is focused on the client will become increasingly important.
The new dashboards will improve visualisation of client holdings, allowing advisers to instantly see how assets are structured across tax wrappers; provide a clear, intuitive view of where client wealth sits and enable better understanding of crystallised and uncrystallised positions.
In addition, the dashboards will provide greater portfolio detail including beneficiary tags, ISA allowances and wrapper preferences.
The new dashboards are the first in a programme of improvements aimed at helping advisers manage assets at a client level across their portfolios and wrappers. Going forward, Parmenion plans to roll out more features including smarter cash management, easier movement of assets across wrappers and portfolios and better support for multi-pot strategies.
Sarah Lyons, chief customer officer at Parmenion said: “Advice practices are becoming more complex as tax considerations impact more clients. One of the benefits of having control of our own tech stack is continuous improvement. We can implement new features that meet advisers’ needs and make it easier for them to deliver great outcomes to clients.
“As advice evolves and legislation and tax rules change quickly, we will keep working to make sure the Parmenion platform addresses the changing needs of advisers and clients.”
