If you’re a paraplanner thinking about moving into advice, this year Professional Paraplanner are leaning in to support you even more. We’re excited to announce two things: Future Adviser Manchester is taking place this May, and we’re also launching our brand‑new Future Adviser website.
Following the success of our Future Adviser London-based event in 2025, we are going on the road and beyond.
Professional Paraplanner wants to support paraplanners who aspire to navigate the adviser pathway, in every way we can.
First things first – we are launching our Future Adviser event to the North. Last year’s London event was fully subscribed and the feedback was incredible.
Attendees told us the sessions were inspiring, practical, honest and full of insights they “never get to talk about in the day job.”
Many left with tools they could use straight away, from confidence techniques to client‑building ideas, and a better sense of what their journey into advice could look like.
This year’s event builds will deliver more of the same, so that even more paraplanners can access the same support. You’ll spend a full day exploring the realities of becoming an adviser, with sessions on:
- How to build clients and find your niche
- Personal growth beyond exams and shaping a career you actually want
- Soft skills that make client conversations land
- Speaking with confidence in any room
- And real stories of individuals that have been there and done that – successfully

Our second layer of support, is one we have been working on for some time. We are delighted to have gone live with our Future Adviser site, a site that is dedicated in providing useful guidance and support to all paraplanners/trainee advisers that are looking to move into a client facing advice role.
