eParaplan Connect has launched a new brand focussed on client servicing excellence and connected partnerships in the UK financial advice profession.
The rebrand combines a whimsical countryside theme with an “out of this world” twist, featuring farm animals dressed as astronauts—most notably, a goat symbolising clients as the “Greatest of All Time” (G.O.A.T).
“Our clients truly are the G.O.A.Ts for partnering with us,” says Michelle Wilson-Stimson, CEO of eParaplan Connect. “We wanted our new brand to reflect not just the strength and efficiency of our services but also to inject some fun and creativity into the financial advice profession. Financial advice doesn’t have to be dull, and neither should the support services that underpin it.”
The client servicing firm has refined its offering, honing its subscription model, Client Connect™, with bespoke pricing tailored to each adviser’s specific advice journeys and internal processes. “This personalised approach ensures that advisers only pay for the support they need, making it a cost-effective solution that adapts to their individual business requirements,” Michelle says.
The firm is also focused on building an offering of connected partnerships, bringing together firms to collaborate in delivering wider, well-rounded support for advice firms, combining expertise from various areas to meet their specific needs, she says.
“By building strong partnerships with other firms, we enhance our ability to meet the diverse needs of financial advisers, reducing business risk and avoiding over-reliance on a single solution.”
“Connected partners are so the way to go,” says Karl Dines of Open Door Policy. “There are so many synergies which the end user (i.e., advisory firms) can benefit from. Take, for example, experts in areas of compliance teaming up with the experts in outsourced solutions such as eParaplan. It’s a win-win-win for all three.”
When asked about the collaborative partnerships, Michelle replied, “We focus on delivering exceptional client servicing management. We will let other professionals work with us to provide additional services as required. It’s not in our vision to try to do it all ourselves anymore, and it’s certainly not cost-effective to do so. This new brand together with our partners is part of the new eParaplan—bolder, brighter, and absolutely focused.”
Implementing AI
eParaplan is also exploring ways to utilise advanced technologies and AI. The firm is actively integrating tech into its services to provide consistent, efficient, and proactive support, including administrative and paraplanning task management, delivery, and implementation.
Michelle says: “Innovation is essential for the future of our profession. We’re committed to exploring new technologies and methods to enhance our services and better support our clients.”
She adds: “With our fresh look, refined subscription model, and dedication to client servicing excellence, eParaplan Connect is positioning itself as a leader in the servicing space.
“We are pushing the boundaries of innovation, exploring new technologies and methods to enhance our services—all while staying laser-focused on delivering solutions that aim to exceed the new Consumer Duty standards.
“These standards set higher expectations for the level of care that firms provide to consumers, and eParaplan has embraced this as an opportunity to excel.
“By ensuring end customers receive clear communication, products and services that meet their needs, and offer fair value – all while supporting advisers and planners to grow their businesses – the future looks brighter than ever.”
Commenting on the rebrand Michelle Hoskin of Standards International said: “I think the new look eParaplan is refreshing and highlights their energy and passion for what they do. After going through a big launch ourselves of The Business and Operations Management Network, I fully appreciate the importance of presenting a strong, bold, and brave brand that gives the market a real taste of your personality and passions! There are very few support providers that bring such a fresh perspective to our sector, and I think the team here has hit the spot. Well done to all at eParaplan.”
Lucy Myall of Fusion echoes the sentiments. She says:” “Working with eParaplan is refreshing, uplifting, and motivating. We share the same core values and beliefs as to how service should be delivered, which means the client end result when we collaborate is always amazing. The team is lovely and goes out of their way to get things done; it’s a pleasure to work alongside them.”
Melanie Holman of CATS Compliance adds: “We’re delighted to be a connected partner of eParaplan, who we consider has a forward-thinking business proposition which can help firms meet their regulatory requirements. We feel there is a common approach as to how we work with our firms, which is why we are confident in recommending them.”
