The Empowering Excellence Conference & Awards, a global event spotlighting the leaders in business and operations management, will take place in the UK on 11 September 2025, gathering together over 100 business and operations professionals from across professional services to explore and recognise what excellence truly looks like within the operational backbone of every successful business.
The event will include the inaugural BOMS Awards – a celebration of the individuals and teams who are reshaping operational performance and leadership across the sector.
Business and Operations Management Network™was launched to raise the profile, value, and influence of those in Business Management, Operational management, GM, COO, Practice Management and administrative roles, and to build a global platform for their continued growth and recognition, said Michelle Hoskin, Co-Founder and Head of Development.
