TIME Investments has achieved a 5-crown rating from financial data company FE fundinfo for its hybrid fund TIME: Property Long Income & Growth, ranking it among the top 10% of funds based on alpha, volatility and consistent performance.
FE fundinfo’s crown ratings is an independent evaluation system which assesses the quality and performance of funds. They provide an important tool for advisers comparing and selecting funds that align with their clients’ investment goals and risk tolerance.
The fund, which launched on 1 September 2021, takes a fully active approach, aiming to offer shareholders a consistent income with capital growth prospects from a portfolio of primarily UK-listed real estate securities and directly held long-income properties.
