The Openwork Partnership has launched a new AI-powered learning and development platform Thrive to give advisers access to personalised, on-demand training tailored to their personal growth and business objectives.
Openwork said the platform has been developed in response to adviser demand for easier access to learning, as well as learning that is more relevant to individual development needs and better integrated into the working day.
The platform combines AI-powered learning pathways, delivered through Openwork’s AI learning assistant Obi, with mobile-first access to deliver individualised CPD recommendations. It also provides collaborative learning spaces that allow advisers to support and learn from one another as they progress through shared programmes.
Suggestions are tailored to an adviser’s licence and speciality, whether that is protection, mortgage or wealth, and helps them build specific skills relevant to their services. The financial services network said it provides advisers with greater flexibility and faster access to customised development opportunities, reducing the time spent on searching for the right content.
Openwork said the launch comes at a time when firms are looking to build the necessary skills to succeed in an AI-driven world. The platform will help support development in areas including digital and AI literacy, behavioural coaching and relationship-building and adaptability.
