Adviser platform Parmenion has added a new withdrawals dashboard, designed to simplify advisers’ access to client withdrawal information.
The Withdrawals Dashboard provides advisers with a view of any ad-hoc withdrawals clients have made from their accounts, available all in one place.
It includes information on the status of withdrawal; amount of withdrawal; type of payment, method of payment; as well as completed withdrawals, which remain visible for seven working days after payment is sent.
In addition, there are filters which allow advisers to search by status or client, as well as a client summary screen which shows outstanding and recently completed withdrawals.
The new feature comes in response to adviser feedback.
Mike Morrow, chief commercial officer at Parmenion, said: “We’re continually listening and innovating to try to make it easier for advisers to deliver great service to their clients.
“It offers a detailed overview of withdrawals from client accounts, all in one place which can be found easily with intuitive navigation on the Parmenion adviser platform. This is the just the latest example of the continuous improvements we make to enhance our platform.”
Tammy Willman, senior client relationship manager at Unity Wealth Management said: “The status box is really useful for an update at a glance, and the fact that it includes the bank details and a process audit is going to save a lot of time.”
