Paraplanners join Saturn as it builds Suitability Engineering team

9 April 2026

Saturn has hired two paraplanners to establish its Suitability Engineering team, which will be responsible for building advice expertise into the firm’s infrastructure services.

Zara Okoro and Zoe Harbert will form a team of Suitability Engineers with Saturn’s existing compliance experts, who joined the business in its acquisition of Ateb Suitability last year.

Okoro and Harbert bring with them paraplanning experience from across a range of advice businesses and are both specialists in advice process and workflow efficiency.

The team will work alongside Saturn’s product and engineering teams to build scalable AI workflows that are implementable in real-world advice processes. It will be responsible for ensuring suitability outputs meet the highest standards of quality and compliance while reducing manual effort for advisers and paraplanners.

Rohit Vaish, co-founder and president of Saturn, said: “Our team of Suitability Engineers will work directly with advice businesses to ensure their processes are optimised to produce the highest quality of compliant advice. They are key to our mission to create technology that removes administrative burden for paraplanners, administrators and advisers and helps close the advice gap.

“Zara and Zoe bring exactly the kind of real-world advice experience we’re looking for as we continue to build implementable and accessible compliance-first technology. Their deep understanding of suitability and client outcomes will be critical in helping us build high quality compliance infrastructure.”

Saturn raised $15 million through a Series A funding round in October 2025 to invest in its technology and processes.
