Financial technology business Iress has acquired O&M Systems, a provider of pension and investment data and comparison tools to financial advice firms.
O&M Profiler ESP has been directly integrated with Iress’ Xplan software and has been made immediately available to Iress’ clients, as well as continuing as a standalone research service. All members of the existing O&M team will be joining Iress
Graham Miller, managing director of O&M Systems (pictured) said he was “confident our clients, providers and our team will benefit from Iress’ broad expertise”.
O&M was established in 1992, has over 2,000 clients comprising pension and platform providers and advice businesses. The integration with Xplan will enable O&M to grow its offering to a wider market.
