Jade Connolly, former head of Paraplanning at Thomas Miller Investments*, has joined Dyer Baade & Company, an independent corporate finance boutique, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, as Merger & Acquisitions Director.
Previously Strategy & Acquisitions Manager at Ascot Lloyd, one of the most active acquirers in this sector, Jade has led more than 20 acquisitions of small, medium and large wealth management firms.
At Dyer Baade, Jade’s focus will be on advising business owners in the IFA, financial planning and wealth management sector on valuation, exit strategy and deal negotiation.
The company has also appointed Edward Shurville-Darlington, as M&A Transaction Manager. Edward is a chartered accountant and began his career at KPMG.
