The Team Leader seminars are exclusively for paraplanners currently managing a team who would benefit from learning practical management techniques and behaviours, as well as hearing from their fellow team leaders in peer-to-peer discussions.

Managing a team is not an easy task, no matter how much experience you have. It can be especially tough if you have moved into the role with little or no training. We’re here to provide help across the board.
This Seminar will include sessions that break down how to be the leader you want to be, practical motivation techniques, mentoring your team, helpful peer-to-peer discussions, a team leader panel answering delegates questions and the latest on HR issues for team leaders.
We’ll also hear from Jackie Boylan, Head of UK Adviser Platform Fidelity International, about her approach to leading a team and a Fidelity business.
The seminar is kindly being hosted by Fidelity International in their Cannon Street offices in London.
