It’s just under a month to go until we host another of our Team Leader events in London. Whether you’re a seasoned Team Leader, or are new to the role, this event promises to deliver content that supports you in your day-to-day work and offers key, practical tools that you can start using straight away.
Here’s a taster of one of the sessions in our London April 2026 programme:
We are thrilled to be joined by a new speaker for 2026 – Lou McArragher, a certified Executive Coach and Leadership Partner with 20+ years in human resources and learning and development.
Lou helps leaders build internal steadiness, increase their impact and work sustainably. With a career rooted in professional services, she brings commercial clarity and deep human insight to the growth of leaders and their team.
In her session ‘Burnout: The quiet epidemic undermining peace and performance’, Lou reveals the real drivers of burnout through the lens of the nervous system; helping individuals recognise their activation patterns, equipping team leaders to better support their teams, and give a clearer route to sustainable performance.
Attendees will learn a simple, science‑backed framework for spotting early warning signs and see how small shifts can create measurable change. Expect clarity, renewed steadiness and tools you can use straight away; for yourself and your team.
In addition to this, our programme will take you through sessions that discuss what it’s really like to lead, whether you actively chose to be in a Team Leader role or whether you just ended up there – it happens!
As well as this, throughout the day we’ll also:
- Share examples of real scenarios that a paraplanner team leader has contended with.
- Uncover the variables in the exam success formula in order to best support your team (and you).
- Have the opportunity to share yourselves via our (always) popular peer-to-peer sessions.
All of our sessions will be delivered by people who truly understand what it’s like to be in your shoes. They’ll share the lessons, challenges, and breakthroughs that have shaped their experience and their careers.
