Caroline Stuart is running another of her Sparrow Solutions Practical Financial Planning Workshop, this time focussed on helping paraplanners to meet the Consumer Duty rule of supporting clients to achieve their financial aims through the creation of super SMART goals and objectives.
The workshop is on Wednesday 5th March at 10.00am. Find out more and register HERE.
Caroline says: “Before you can help clients achieve their goals, you need to know what they are. So how do you go about creating clear, defined and personalised client objectives?”
The Workshop will cover:
• questions and techniques to get the right info from the client to create SMART goals and objectives
• learn how to build SMART goals using hard and soft information the client has given you
• understand the difference between a Financial Planning goal and an investment objective, and why that’s so important
Caroline says: “I’ve had lots of feedback that the session is really useful but particularly for those:
⭐ New to financial planning, advice and paraplanning
⭐ Looking to move from paraplanning into a financial planner/adviser role
⭐ Trainee advisers, planners and paraplanners
⭐ Wanting a refresher on building clear, personalised and effective client goals”
The Workshop will run for 90 minutes, and provide 1.25 hours of CISI endorsed and accredited CPD.
