intelliflo says it has delivering over 300 customer-driven updates through its Customer-Inspired Change programme. Launched in October 2022, the initiative has brought an average of three updates per week.
The Customer-Inspired Change programme invites intelliflo office users to propose enhancements, which the broader customer community then votes on. This collaborative model has been key to shaping the platform, intelliflo said, “ensuring updates tackle the real-world challenges financial advisers face”.

In just two years, we have completed over 300 updates based on customer insights, each aimed at improving user experience and adviser efficiency.
“The updates have led to significant efficiency gains, automating time-consuming processes, reducing errors, and improving business outcomes. By cutting down manual tasks, advisers can dedicate more time to client-focused work, such as building deeper relationships, expanding service offerings, and being available to support clients during volatile markets. This efficiency also opens the door to serving more clients, widening access to quality financial advice.

Advisers participate in monthly solution webinars to share feedback and stay informed on new updates, creating a cycle of continuous improvement.”
