Sparrow Paraplanning founder Caroline Stuart has launched a Practical Paraplanning Session to help paraplanners find and use the information from a fact find to build personalised, SMART objectives that are tailored to the client.
The online workshop takes place on Wednesday 21 Jun 2023 from 10:00am – 11:30am and is CPD accredited by the CISI for 1.25 hours. It will include discussions and practical exercises to help bring the information to life and cement learning.
“Quite often, all the info a paraplanner needs to build clients’ SMART goals and objectives will be there but sometimes it can be a bit difficult to see the wood for the trees,” Stuart says. “This is a practical session giving help on how to do this one but essential part of the paraplanning job.
Stuart says the session is aimed at helping aspiring, new and trainee paraplanners, and existing paraplanners who are looking to refresh their knowledge.
“It will also be helpful for new and existing financial planners wanting to brush up on writing SMART client objectives based on their conversations with clients, or for financial planners wanting to make sure sure they’re providing the right info for their paraplanners to do so.”
