We are delighted to announce our autumn Team Leader Seminar is now open for registration.
The Seminar takes place on Thursday 14 November. It will be held in the Fidelity International offices in Cannon Street, London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for Paraplanner Team Leaders to get together to learn from experts in team management and wellbeing as well as to hear how your peers are tackling some of the key issues that arise when managing a team.
After four years of running team leader events for the paraplanning community, we have developed programmes designed for new as well as experienced team leaders.
There will be a mixture of practical sessions delivered by external speakers and experienced paraplanner managers, addressing topics such as: getting the most from your team as a manager, developing your management style and putting imposter syndrome to rest, building a team culture and retaining good team members, looking after your team’s well-being, as well as peer-to-peer discussions of the issues you tell us are important to you.
