The Company
Women’s Wealth is changing things up with our female-focused, entirely virtual, whilst completely personal, financial planning service. We are on a mission to empower women to create fabulous financial futures for themselves and their families.
The company is young and developing so you will need to be adaptable and enjoy being part of something new, exciting, busy and growing.
We are an FCA regulated independent financial advice firm which means we offer the highest level of client centred advice available in the UK. We love having the independence to deliver great client outcomes. When your target is happy, well served clients, it makes for a rewarding workplace.
We encourage a collaborative team approach where you get to know and work with colleagues to deliver great service. We look out for each other and rise up together as a team to deliver our mission. Do you fancy being part of that?
The Candidate
We’d like to hear from candidates looking for rewarding flexible work where they can benefit from lots of flexibility and support to work from home. For those of you with ambition, this could be the start of a great career as we have well-defined development paths and sponsored training for those eager to progress towards more client responsibility. We are also interested in meeting candidates who want to be the best they can be in the role of paraplanner and want to develop as technicians, but also operationally to support client relations.
You will need to be:
One of those people that make life easier by having a great can-do attitude and willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in to help us achieve our mission.
Key Duties
Supporting the adviser to deliver fabulous financial planning services to our clients including researching and analysing existing finances of clients, designing and reporting on solutions and helping clients implement and maintain their financial plans.
Managing adviser diaries and client communications – you and the adviser are a team serving a group of clients and you will be the first point of contact for those clients.
Working with a dedicated administrator to ensure maintenance of FCA complaint records, effective management of client information on our systems and efficient progress of client related tasks.
Working as part of a team you will be looking out for opportunities to be useful, improving our service levels and making the overall process more efficient. You will then be required to operate as a responsible leader supporting other team members in fulfilling responsibilities.
