We are hiring an experienced financial services administrator to join the team at our Castleford based office. The role involves supporting a small team of advisers: liaising with providers and clients, collating research, producing supporting documentation and processing business. The position is 100% office based. With 600 clients and £120m under management, we have a busy office with nearly all new clients coming by referral from existing satisfied clients. Attention to detail and accuracy are of paramount importance. We pride ourselves on delivering the best advice and service obtainable anywhere, regardless of the firm size.

FURTHER INFORMATION
Ideally, the candidate will have at least five years’ industry experience, be familiar with platforms and Intelligent Office and be conversant with the basics of pensions, investments and insurance plans. No relevant industry qualifications required but excellent English and maths is a must.
Package: The salary is up to £30,000 depending on your qualifications and experience, plus a generous bonus scheme, plus, we pay 9% of your basic salary into your pension with no contribution required from you. Based on recent bonus averages, the package is realistically worth in the order of £37,200 if we continue to perform at current levels.
Holidays of 21 days plus 8 bank holidays, increasing by a day after one years’ service, a further day after five years’ service and a further two after ten years’ service.
