We believe the traditional wealth management model is broken. It’s focused on products, not what they can help you achieve. And it’s serving the needs of those selling these products, rather than those investing in them. 10 years ago, we made a decision to do things differently. To break the mould. To be the best at what we do. We scrapped the traditional model and created a new proposition. One that helps our clients achieve the things that matter most to them.

So where are we now, 10 years later? We’re one of the leading financial planning firms in the UK. We’ve won numerous awards and we’re a long way towards our ambition of being number one. To make this happen, we need to hire and develop the best talent in the industry. We’re growing fast and we’re always on the lookout for the right people.

We pride ourselves on our team so investing in them makes sense, and we do it well. As part of our offering you get open holidays, flexible working and full study support up to Fellowship and beyond. No wonder we won Best Financial Adviser to work for in the UK, and our parent company, PKF Cooper Parry, came 12th in the The Sunday Times Best Companies To Work For 2018.
