Great line-ups for our Bristol and Newcastle Technical Insight Seminars

2 November 2018

This month we are looking forward to meeting many more paraplanners at our Bristol and Newcastle Technical Insight Seminars.

Bristol takes place at the Aztec Hotel and Spa on Wednesday 7 November.

Newcastle is being held at The Copthorne Hotel, on 28 November.

Anyone looking for a last minute space – use this link or email info@researchinfinance.co.uk.

We have a great line up of speakers at both events – in our usual mix of plenary sessions and workshops – covering areas including suitability report writing, pensions, tax, risk management, pensions transfers, estate planning, DFM and platform due diligence, and retirement planning.

Bristol – 7 November

In Bristol we have 7 great sessions for you including from regular writer for Professional Paraplanner Martin Tilley of Denton’s Pensions, who will be providing a practical SIPP and SSAS session as well as updating on the SIPP market in light of the recent Court cases,

Guest speaker Rebecca Tuck, fresh from winning CISI Paraplanner of the Year, will be discussing suitability report writing and providing some practical tips from her own experiences as a paraplanner.

We’ll also have popular sessions on pensions tax, managing risk, due diligence and retirement planning.

Newcastle – 28 November

In Newcastle, we have 4 plenaries and 4 workshops, including sessions from Rory Percival on DB pensions transfers, and Cathi Harrison of Para-Sols, who will tackle suitability report writing, with her views and insights into how Para-Sols have got report writing down to a fine art.

We also have sessions on Lifetime Allowance, managing risk, due diligence, estate planning, and intergenerational planning.

Technical Insight Seminars 2019

We will be announcing the dates and venues for the Professional Paraplanner Technical Insight Seminars 2019 in the next issue of the magazine and on our website.

We are looking to add additional locations in 2019 so we can bring the events as close as possible to where you as paraplanners are based.

Some of our venues have been sold out this year, so please make sure you register early for next year’s events to avoid disappointment.

Keep an eye on the website for more news.
