Avenir has launched ChatGPT for wealth management firms, in a move that will be “transformational” for those managing vast amounts of data.
The purpose-built AI chat assistant has been customised for advisers, paraplanners and administrative teams.
The tool can integrate with key industry systems, CRMs and back-office platforms such as SharePoint, OneDrive and Intelliflo, giving AI access to both firm-specific data and industry insights.
Advisers can ask simple and more complex questions in natural language and receive instant responses, eliminating the need to switch systems. Users can also deploy AI agents to extract key data, generate documents, create post meeting summaries from recordings or check if reports follow internal compliance.
