Art of Finance partners with Bespoke Training Solutions to deliver Diploma training
8 May 2019
The Art of Finance, the training and development firm launched in February by Cathi Harrison, has partnered with Bespoke Training Solutions (BTS), who have come on board to help support the firm in delivering the exams and accredited training for candidates to successfully complete their Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Harrison, CEO at The Verve Group and The Art of Finance, launched the firm to help raise the profile of financial services outside of the industry, showcasing it as an exciting career destination and profiling the roles available.
The first two courses, The Art of Paraplanning and The Art of Compliance, start later this month and are designed as flexible courses that provide a training solution for financial advice firms looking to upskill members of their existing team, as well as individuals who are looking to get into or further develop their career in financial services.
Bespoke Training Solutions, led by Luiza Todd FPFS, Chartered Financial Planner, and Jeff Scholes PRINCE2, NLP Dip, is a team of qualified and experienced facilitators. The firm has over ten years’ experience of delivering R0 exam training and has a proven track-record of supporting candidates towards achieving their Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Harrison said the Art of Finance’s approach, (which BTS will support in delivering), centres around understanding each individual’s learning style and will seek to make learning within financial services “an enjoyable experience as well as informative – with absolutely no death by PowerPoint!”
To cater to each learning style, the design team have created tools and content that can be matched to the candidates’ learning preferences and styles, including online modules, webinars, MP4 downloads and face-to-face learning.
Harrison said this is intended to help improve the individual’s learning experience and motivation, “but inevitably if each individual is able to learn in the most effective way specific to them, it will lead to a higher overall success”.
A few spaces are available on both The Art of Paraplanning and The Art of Compliance courses, which run over 20-months and offer candidates the technical knowledge to gain the qualifications needed, whilst also providing them with the practical skills that are required to apply their learning back at the office.
